Serves 4

Substances
3 huge sweet oranges
1 fennel bulb, quite finely sliced
4 tbsp further virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Sea salt and black pepper

Method
1. Employing a serrated knife, cut the skin and pith from the oranges. Slice into 1cm discs and location on a platter with the fennel.
2. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle about the oregano and salt and pepper, then provide.
